Deposits:

• Deposits are non-refundable. This covers the cost of ingredients and planning for your custom cake or confectionary order.

Order Cancellations:

• Cancellations made at least five business days before your scheduled pick-up or delivery date will be eligible for a full refund of any payments made, excluding the deposit.
• Cancellations made with less than two business days notice will not be eligible for a refund. However, with our discretion, we may offer a store credit for a future purchase.
